I completed the link that was sent to me, not only did I not receive my refund for December, but I was still charged for January as well. I reached out to customer service on January 14th and spoke with a lady who sent me the email address of the person I had originally spoke with on January 2nd. He emailed me on January 15th only to tell me that he doesn’t have anything to do with cancellations, he only provides the link. He said it could take up to thirty days. I accepted that answer and was fully expecting a refund for December and January. Well … now it is February and I am still getting billed. I reached out to both customer service representatives on February 12th I have previously spoken to and I have not received any reply.
