Sage 50 & Act! CRM-Software orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 pm Eastern Time Zone (ET) will be available for download within 24 – 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
Best Business Strategies is not responsible for shipping delays caused by suppliers, manufacturers, or shipping carriers.

Sage 50 Money‑Back Guarantee
If, within 60 days of purchase, you are not 100% satisfied that Sage 50 is the right accounting solution for your business, a refund may be issued less any rebates received.

- Refund requests must be made within the 60‑day period
No returns for upgrades or renewals
Non‑Refundable Items and Services
- Services rendered are non‑refundable once performed
- Add‑on services are non‑refundable
- Personalized or custom items, including but not limited to printed checks, are non‑refundable
Once work has begun or a personalized item has been produced, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be issued.
Software Add‑Ons
Software add‑ons are generally non‑refundable. Any return or refund request will be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis and is not guaranteed. Approval, if granted, is at the sole discretion of Best Business Strategies.
Act! Products
Act! Perpetual License Purchases
For Act! perpetual license purchases, no cancellations or refunds are permitted unless otherwise stated in your applicable agreement with Swiftpage or its affiliates, or as required by statute, regulation, or law.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Please understand that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved – that means that the money leaves our account immediately. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us
