Shopping Cart Error Policy

In the event of a pricing error in the shopping cart, Best Business Strategies, LLC reserves the right to cancel such orders.

Shipping

All Sage 50 products are now download-only, meaning download links and product keys will be sent via email.

  • Most orders received before 12:00 noon Eastern Time will be processed within one (2) business day.
  • Best Business Strategies’ business hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
  • Orders will be processed once payment has been confirmed and the payment gateway has verified the funds.
  • BestBusinessStrategies.com reserves the right to cancel any order without notice if these conditions are not met.
  • To protect our customers and the community, BestBusinessStrategies.com may hold or cancel orders if fraud or impropriety is suspected.

Return Policy

  • First-time customers (those who have never used Sage software) may return the product within 60 days of purchase.
  • No returns will be accepted after 60 days.
  • Current or former Sage customers are not eligible for returns.
  • Act! CRM Software-No returns

Notice

Best Business Strategies may deliver notices via email, general site postings, or other reliable methods to the address provided by you.

Changes to Terms
