Renewal Information
Although Best Business Strategies sold you your initial subscription, and I am your record reseller, please be advised that Sage will manage all future auto-renewals directly. A Sage 50 Customer Service Representative will contact your company 30 to 45 days before your renewal date. Renewal notifications and invoices are sent via mail, email, or phone call to the primary contact listed on the Reseller of Record Form (ROR) submitted with your original order.
The easiest way to maintain your subscription is to add a credit card to the account before renewal. This enables the auto-renewal transaction to process seamlessly without any service disruption. You can update your credit card information for renewal in your customer portal. If you have issues logging into your portal, please call tech support at 1-800-626-8634. (Please note that this phone number is for portal support only!)
Alternate payment methods include Checks, ACH, & Wire Transfers ( Please note, please allow 10-14 days for check or wire transaction processing )
If you Do Not pay your bill by the due date, Sage will add a $50.00 late fee to your renewal. However, Sage will give you a ten-day grace period before they shut down your program.
