AR Automation–
This feature enables you to sync your Sage 50 data with an online customer portal, making it easy to share invoices, send payment reminders, and process payments automatically. Customers can view their transaction history and check the status of their invoices, which helps you reduce administrative work and improve efficiency.

Payroll Updates (applicable if you have a service plan that includes payroll)–
Retirement Super Catch-Up – You can now specify whether employees between the ages of 60 and 63 are eligible to make super catch-up contributions.
Special Fields- Sage has increased the number of Special Fields available from 5 to 15, to support more complex state-specific calculations and custom payroll formulas.
Banking Improvements–
Expanded Banking Integration – The process of connecting to major financial institutions is now more seamless and secure. Sage 50 can now authenticate directly through supported browser windows, ensuring compatibility with banks that prioritize modern security standards. This will unlock access to institutions such as Capital One, First Citizens Bank, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan Access, and BMO. When this feature is activated, each connection will automatically sync with Sage 50, keeping financial records accurate and up to date without manual intervention.
Resolved Issues for Sage 50 Pro, Premium, & Quantum
- We have resolved some webmail installation errors, allowing you to use Microsoft 365 Outlook to send emails from Sage 50 now.
- We removed outdated article references from our obsolescence messaging to make it more transparent and more informative.
- Previously, locating serial numbers could be difficult. We’ve resolved this by auto-populating the serial number during Sage 50 installation.
- We have removed outdated links for the retired Sage One and SBCA integrations.
