Lebanon High School and West Virginia University graduate, Shirley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and brings a wealth of diverse professional experience to every client engagement. Her background includes serving as a National Bank Examiner, spending 13 years with The Tax Doctors, and acting as CFO of Mansuetto Barns Culler Advertising Agency. She has also worked as a Staff Accountant for a CPA firm and collaborated with businesses across the Ohio Valley in industries such as jewelry, demolition, rental units, and printing.
What truly sets her apart is her exceptional depth of knowledge in Sage 50/Peachtree accounting software. With extensive experience across nonprofits, retail, service, distribution, manufacturing, and construction, she excels at system conversions and tailoring accounting solutions to meet unique business needs.

Outside of work, she is married and enjoys time with her two children and three grandchildren. With more than 41 years of service in the U.S. Army and National Guard, along with a successful career as a manager at PPG Industries, A.D. brings discipline, leadership, and reliability to everything he does. He retired as an Army Command Sergeant Major and later from PPG Industries — only to discover that slowing down wasn’t part of his plan.
Recognizing a natural talent for sales, Shirley saw that he was a perfect fit for the team. In 2018, he joined Best Business Strategies as the Check and Forms Sales Representative, where his experience, integrity, and people‑first approach continue to make an impact.
Outside of work, he enjoys staying active and productive, whether that means keeping busy with yard work or participating in church activities. His strong work ethic and commitment to service extend well beyond the workplace.

Since joining the company in 2016, she has been responsible for managing client bookkeeping and payroll with precision and care.
