What exactly is Sage Remote Data Access Connector, and why would I want to use it?

The Remote Data Access Connector is an optional add-on that syncs data between remote users’ PCs, the office computer, and/or data servers. YOU MUST BE Hardwired from a remote location and have excellent internet service at all locations.  Each remote user must have a company login and an active Sage 50 license on their PC.

When remote users access data, Sage 50 Accounting downloads a copy of the up-to-date data to the remote users’ PC each time they connect. The application then synchronizes data back and forth between the office computer or server and the remote users’ PC.

How Many Connectors Do I Need to Purchase?

Your Sage 50 Pro, Premium, and Quantum software includes a data access connector for one user. Everyone must have Sage 50 and a data connector to access data in the cloud. More remote data access connectors (users) may be purchased at an additional cost for Sage 50 Premium & Quantum software.
